I have never been so excited to come to work. I absolutely love my job, co-workers and Executive Director. Our Executive Director, Kimberly Sharpe, is the best thing that has yet to happen to Carrington. She is so positive, loving, giving, and just a joy to be around and work for. The environment that Ms. Kimberly and the staff create, it is like no other. My own daughter has attended Carrington for over 3 years. She went through preschool, Pre-K and now attends their afterschool program. She absolutely loves it and I feel blessed to have her here. The teachers and staff genuinely care about the children and families. I have worked at Carrington Academy for the past four years and I truly feel as though the staff here encourage, engage and enlighten the children on a daily basis. I have a four-year-old son that attends Carrington and already reads 50 sight words! My two-year-old daughter is in a classroom with the most loving and nurturing teachers. I am blessed to have the privilege to not only work here, but for my children to attend as well.
