Really Long Story. My Oldest child went to this scool and I had no problems. Loved it so when I brought my youngest child I thought it would be the same way. However it was not the same owner so just not the same. My child was always the one that did everything wrong. He was disenrolled because of their teachers negligance. My child is a handful and I could see if he was put out for his behavior which there were issues. However he was not he was put out because he was able to open the gate on their playground and go to the head start building next door. So because of this incident and it being a liability for the new owner she suspended my child the following school day. When he returned to the day care he was able to get out of the same gate due to lack of supervision. He also hit a child with a book. Why nothing was done to correct the issue with the gate I do not know. When his father picked him up and was asked to sign a form that this was my child’s 2nd strike he got very vocal about the issue with the gate and would not sign the warning. So we decided to keep him home with us for the next 2 days so I would only have to half price which is was I was told by the Owner and when I called on Thursday evening to talk to the owner to see if he could come back I was told by the co director he was disenrolled. So I was highly upset and I went up there to pick up his things and I was rude to the co-director. So when I talk to the owner on Friday she said she was mailing me a letter stating he was disenrolled which I have not received yet. Now on to the Money they I have paid for this week and a week in advance. My son attended one day and she charged me full price because she counted his suspension as him being there. So I was only refunded my week in advance. Sorry for the long story if you made it to the end. Do Not Put You Child In Destiny Starr.

My child attends Destiny Starr Creative Learning Academy. He has been enrolled at this location since he was born and I have NEVER had any problems with any of the staff, teachers or owners. I wouldn’t put him any place else.

My son has attended the school since he was 2 months old. We did not have any issues until he was old enough to eat the food that the school provided. I was raised eating fresh vegetables and whole wheat and I intend to raise my son the same way. The food provided by the day care is not up to my standard and they say that soon they will not allow me to send his lunch with him. The other issue that has just arisen is that the two teachers that were in the infants room have left and they seem to have been replaced by less experienced (much younger) teachers. The day care is very convenient and somewhat affordable, but we will be looking for somewhere else soon.

I recently enrolled my children at Destiny Starr Creative Learning Academy and I have been very pleased with the GA Pre-K Program and overall customer service that we have received. All of my concerns are addressed immediately and management is always professional. The teachers really care about the health and safety of my children. Since the beginning of the year, I have recommended my friends and they are also please with the curriculum and cleaniless of the building.
