My child is so happy here! I can’t say enough how much I love this center. I sent my older child to a different center, one with a long waiting list. There always seemed to be issues. They never quite practiced what they preached. Cradles, Cribs & Crayons is exactly the opposite. The staff is warm and outgoing. The communication is direct. I never find a note in the cubby about an issue that happened during the day that only the morning staff, who left for the day, knows about it. It might not be big & fancy, but it is very clean and there are plenty of activities for the children. My child actually started to cheer as we rounded the corner in the morning to “go to school” after the second week.

The staff at Cradles, Cribs, and Crayons provide a loving, educational, and welcoming environment. I cannot begin to explain how much I love our daycare. My two young sons are happy to go to school each day and their teachers know and understand them on a personal level.
There is a curriculum for all children (starting at 2 years old) and the students are working on academic and social skills throughout the day. I am a natural worrier – and I have never worried about leaving my children in the care of these wonderful ladies.

Unfortunately I did not have good experience at CCC. My son stayed at CCC from 6 weeks old until he turned 4 yr. In the beginning the teachers were very loving and attentive. But as he advanced into the older rooms he developed a speech issue. The director did suggested seeing a neurologist, because she had concerns that he had autism. We took the advice and had him checked out by a neurologist, pediatrician, hearing test, and speech therapist. Thankfully all results came up negative. We relayed the results to the director. But surprising she suggested we get a second opinion. After informing my pediatrician of her suggestion, my doctor felt she overstepped her boundaries and commented “when do daycare directors have PHD’s?” She continued to make us as parents feel like we just didn’t do everything we could for our child. It almost seemed like she was bent on proving that there was something wrong with my child over all the professionals’ opinions. After feeling more than uncomfortable we switched day cares. She later bumped into our new daycare’s director and asked if she felt my son had autism. She just won’t leave it alone.

this center is …AMAZING! My oldest son is about to leave and it brings tears to my eyes every time I think about it. CCC truly has been our second home and all the teachers, some of whom have been there over 20 years, are like aunties to my children. Even when my son has moved from one room to the next, the previous teacher has maintained a sweet and loving relationship with him. The owners are very tuned into all the children, I read the review of the mother who’s child might have had autism, and I believe that the director was only looking out for the best interest of the child. Why would she have any other motive for taking such concern in the child’s development. She might not have a PhD, but she’s had almost 3 decades of watching children grow and develop and I’d say that’s pretty much qualifies her to know when something’s not right. I highly recommend this center!!!!!!

this center is …is the worst daycare ever. The children are yelled at for making noises at naptime. The staff do waxing of underarms and legs at the center. The children are yelled at for breaking crayons. The lunch dishes are sanitiesd when it is they fell like it. Ronna Cooper tells everyone every privete personal information to everyone. If Ronna does not like you she tells everyone what a bad person you are. Children are left alone at nap tme. Children are diaper changed on the floor. Hands are not wash after diaper changing or going to the bathroom. The children are left alone to through out garbage or get snacks. If a child has a potty mistake and has not extra clothes the children sit in the office with next to nothing on where every one can see them until their parent pick them up.

I just love this school. I have 2 boys aged 5 and 3.They have both been there since they were 1 yrs old.I work all day and needed a place that could keep the kids till 5-6pm.It’s such a long time to be without my kids. I looked around for a long time before choosing a daycare.I spoke with every director and parents of many schools and was by far most impressed with Cradles Cribs & Crayons. The director was professional yet very warm. I had a long chat with her. After talking to her for about an hour I just knew that this was the place that felt right. The teachers are so nice and adore the kids.I’ve already known them for 4 years and am so sad my older one is graduating soon. Both boys love coming to school and run and give a big hug to the director/owner everytime they see her. I’ve read past reviews that were commenting on the director.
I have to say that after 4 years i’ve never had a bad experience with her. I can’t imagine leaving my kids with a person I didn’t trust %100. She is one of the most kind and caring people I know. The vast experience she has with childcare is priceless.
I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone who wants to have peace of mind that their children will be well taken care of and loved.
