Most of the staff here are so young and inexperienced. My toddler used to go there before, the teachers do not have a positive thing to say to the parent. it was always your child did this or that and he was not listening today, not being attentive, but come on which toddler has the attention all day and how do you expect a toddler to listen to teacher all day.

both of my children attend kinder kastle since they were infants. The teachers- for the most part- are wonderful & caring. Sure, there are some “young” teachers/caregivers, but I have had no issues with that. Both my kids are learning & are very happy there. It’s very secure & safe.

This center is an inexperienced and unprofessional one. My daughter went there for 2 years. The 1st year was just ok. After the 1st year teacher left the school, it changed to a new teacher. This person is very unprofessional, and was very defensive on the comments and the feedback from my wife. She doesn’t know how to take care of kids. In her class, my daughter became very closed and not willing to talk, and was very unhappy to go to the class. When I complained this to the school director, I got the same attitude “defensive”. The school might have 1 or 2 good teachers, but in general, the school doesn’t know how to take care of kids but business. Highly not recommend this school.

my main issue is the poor teacher/child ratio. actually, they try to stay within the ratios BUT they simply have too many students in 1 classroom. u can tell the teachers are so overwhelmed with too many kids.
