this center is …warm, inviting, clean, bright, spacious, welcoming! My child wants to come to school everyday, need I say more?

I was very happy at Rainbow Academy when we brought our 4 month old. Paige, the director at the time was great. She was no nonsense when it came to her customers. When she left, a new director came in (Jackie). It’s been a nightmare ever since. You have young adults with very little to no education running this facility. More importantly they can speak very little or correct English. If I stayed my child’s motor skills would have been set back not to mention speaking english. It is very clear the staff will lie in a minute about your child and neglect them. I can’t tell you how many times I picked my child up and found burse on the head. When I inquire, no one knows anything. When confronting the director (Jackie) she gets insulted when you ask her educated question about your child. Fire drills are a joke… No one pays attention when the bells go off. That scares me to death. Staff is lazy and want to confine your child as long as possible unless you call and raise hell. And if you are a concern parent, be careful….. The staff will lie on you to try to get you kicked out.
The sad part about this place—– You have a camera watching your child and the staff is still ignorant. Go at your own risk. Remember Paige (old director) was all about the customer, Jackie (new Director) is all about the money, her staff and looking fashionable. Again, go at your own risk.
