KEEP YOUR CHILDREN MILES AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! It is a complete and udder pig sty. Floors were never cleaned the entire time my child attended (roughly 8 weeks) and this part is no exaggeration (actually none of this letter is an exaggeration. MAY GOD STRIKE ME DEAD IF I AM LYING!). I came to pick up my daughter one day and the teachers looked the other way as half the class sat in front of the TV eating there snacks DIRECTLY off the floor. NO PLATE, NO PAPER TOWL. COOKIES AND PRETZELS DIRECTLY OFF THE FILTHY CARPET. I complained about it to one of the directors Sh—-a and she said its happened frequently before and said she will look into it…. THIS NIGHTMARE ISN’T OVER YET!!! In several of the classrooms they have actual old used portable dog kennels that the children play and sleep in…I’ve raised dogs before and have had to clean soiled dog kennels many times. I never let my child near them even after they were cleaned and in this place they let the kids play and sleep in them……THIS NIGHTMARE ISN’T OVER YET!!! In my child’s class (3-4 year olds) there was a problem child and I won’t mention his name but I will tell you his name started with a “T” who constantly bullied everyone in the class. One day out in the playground he pushed my 3 year old 28 pound little girl off a slide and she landed head first on concrete. Fortunately she only had a bump/bruise and multiple cuts on her forehead. We never got a straight answer of who was out there watching the kids……THIS NIGHTMARE ISN’T OVER YET!!!!! We asked for the accident report and they candy coated it to make it look like nothing serious happened. We went back for a meeting and demanded a truthful accident report and the other director Sh—-n gave us one that was even more candy coated then the first. We voiced our concern during the meeting for our child’s safety and they told us the problem child has been here for a while and they are working on him. Coldly forgetting about what he did to my daughter. We voiced our concern again during the meeting and the teacher of the class condescendingly snickered and shook her head like we were being ridiculous. My wife demanded to know why she was doing this (snickering) and the teacher refused to answer still behaving in a manor like we were being ridiculous. My wife and I stood up, pulled our child out of class and we left.
AGAIN AT ALL COSTS….KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! UNSANITARY, UNRELIABLE, MANIPULATIVE AND UNCARING……
Signed…
VERY DISPLEASED!!!!!!!!!
