    To Lemin:
From what I have read, the truth is not slander and not personal attacks. Wouldn’t you rather know the truth about this daycare than fluff that is put on this website.

I wrote a rather lengthy and honest review of what I have seen in my almost 2 years of coming to Creme. I’m shocked and furious that it was removed. I will be posting again. And again, and again.

These are your children. Don’t they deserve the best?

It is very sad that all the bad reviews get taken down because it is the truth. I am a previous teacher there and BY CHOICE chose to leave and get away from that horrid place. If Brooke was not the director then yes it WOULD be a fabulous school, however that is not the case. All of you readers do realize as former or present employee’s we know the TRUTH and what really goes on behind closed doors right? I really hope you are smart enough to realize that. There is a lot that goes on behind closed doors that you parents are not aware of be ause Creme wants your business. So just beware and know that everything is not peachy king with Creme. If Brooke was no longer the director I think things would be much better. I have Ben herd stories about other Creme locations and how fun and happy they are…. However the Sugarloaf team has never experienced that. It is just to bad my previous post was deleted because it was not slander or personal attacks but the complete and honest truth. You parents are just in denial thinking your child is at the “best of the best” when really the Sugarloaf location does not live up to that quote.

Amazing. I have worked at Crème de la Crème for the past five years and I truly feel as though the staff here wonderful.. I absolutely love my job, co-workers and Executive Director. Our Executive Director is the best thing that has yet to happen to Creme. She always has time for everyone and is always willing to help. She is so positive, loving, giving, and just a joy to be around and work for. . I have worked in many cities and countries all around the world for more than 20 years but I have never met a director more responsible and professional than Ms. Brooke. She is nurturing, intelligent, kind, and a BEST leader. The environment that Ms. Brooke and the staff create, it is like no other. The staff here is one who teaches with knowledge, experience, and love. The children and parents here are wonderful and we look forward to seeing each of them every day. I am very proud to say I work at Crème de la Creme and that I am part of the Crème family. And where I wouldn’t be I will always miss this remarkable family

In reference to the August 20 review above from Anonymous, please make sure that when someone asks you to write a review about them that you use good english and not broken english as though you are not from the United States but from some other country.

EDITORS NOTE: This review is from a former employee and being reviewed for libel/slander.

As someone who also worked for Creme, I have a few choice things to say regarding this facility. I took this job as a means to help myself out and because I truly love being with children. I am not a mother myself, however, I hope to eventually have children. Everything started out fine but within the first week, I learned that this facility puts on a totally different facade to the parents. Your kids are getting a good education from the teachers because the teachers DO care. I care. But your director, Brooke Heffington, could care less. She would rather bring more children in and get more money than spend the time fixing up issues within the facility, or bringing in new learning equipment. She would rather spend time eating a bag of doritos that spend time with your child. I was told on more than one occasion that the children at the facility are not an asset- they are only a means to wealth. How does that make you feel as a parent? Does that make you feel good? I care about your child and I was let go because my boss did not like that I took my job seriously. So take your jobs seriously as parents… and fight for a new director or take your child elsewhere. You’ll be happy you did.

  8. Creme teacher says:

I am a teacher at Creme, and I truly respect our staff and our director Brooke Heffington. Nothing in the comment of Oct. 12 is true about Brooke. She is a caring person and does her best to provide children with wondenful experience at our school. She is a Mom of 3 children and she knows a lot about kids. Brooke is a very good manager, too. She is very understanding, and always help provide children with the best care.
I do not understand why some person leaves such bad reviews about such a great center. Creme has always been and will be one of the best preschools parents can absolutely trust taking their children to. Come and see how things are done the Creme way. Your child will love it and you’ll be happy!

am a parent of a child at the Sugarloaf Creme and I do not have enough kind things to say about the center, the staff, and the director. All of my children have attended this school and we have many friends and family who have also. I normally do not respond to reviews like this but someone brought this to my attention and I had to put my two cents in because I feel strongly about the positive learning environment, as well as the love and care that my children receive here all the time. I highly recommend this school.

As we bid farewell to former executive director, Brooke Heffington, many employees hum a tune from a favorite childhood classic movie . . . “Ding dong the witch is dead, the mean ole’ witch . . .”
