Bathrooms are generally smelly, dirty, and not well lite. Facility has no windows. Child to staff ratio at 1 to 10 or higher. Has been inspected by state due to parents complaints. No bullying policy in place. Office staff is not friendly, but daycare staff is generally good and qualified. Unfortunately overworked daycare staff can not handle unruly children and bullying is rampant. Older kids are mixed with very young kids resulting in bullying. Office staff is not responsive to parents concerns and complaints. More concerned with profit that child’s wellbeing.
this center is …AWESOME!! DIRECTOR IS A MARYLAND STATE TRAINER. ALL PRESCHOOL TEACHERS HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE, SCHOOL IS VERY CLEAN AND BRIGHT AND CHILDREN WERE HAVING A GREAT TIME!
very average, nothing special. Love that “Dawn Huffman” rated this school. I was recently reading some literature from the school and learned she is the Founder, CEO’s wife. NICE, no wonder the rating was perfect!! Not really…it’s very average.

The staff is overworked, sometimes required to be there opening to closing, working over 50 hours a week! Mixing of classes/ages, ALWAYS!! That is how they get away with having as few teachers as possible and expect that teacher to keep the curriculum constant with an range of children that can vary up to 3 years!! The office staff is lazy and not helpful at all. They are rude to parents and make false promises to their staff. They should put themsleves in the shoes of the teachers for a day and follow the same standard. Instead, they take lunch when they want, they take off when they want/need to, make appts during work hours, bring their children to work and keep the staff late instead of helping out when needed.
PS, yes Dawn is the OWNER’S WIFE!! The owner is under an impression that everything is wonderful at his centers. But just the like the management if he spent a week in these classrooms, he would know what was really going on!!!! I would NEVER leave my children at Celebree again!!! they are only interested in making money, keeping that center full. Their interests are not to protect, nurture and education children, it is proctect their wallets and nurture their own families with the income…
this center is … a bunch of liars!! YES Dawn is the owner’s wife so of course her review is rosy!!!! And all their teachers DO NOT have degrees!! Some have not even attended the Celebree training!! They have a 20 year old ‘manager’ who does not have a degree, is never on time and smokes in front of the building!!! The staff is extremeley overworked and the office staff does a wonderful making excuses to them and parents about it instead of doing something about it. The turn over rate of their teachers if probably a good indication of what goes on behind closed doors!!!
