Not clean, management not concerned with providing enough staff in order to provide children with the best learning environment, rude and abrasive to staff, not a good learning environment, constant turn over, etc.
*Note from Editor: Location not specified.

constant turnover, administrators are never available the center runs itself, the staff are uneducated and unpredictable. Children are in constant disarray. They provide minimal supervision, health and safety, as well as nutrition… In the few years that I have known of Future generation they have had several directors at several of there locations and there seems to be a personal relationship within administation and one director… Which is unprofessional and unethical.

this center is …wonderful they have helped my children grow and mature. The staff go out of their way to make my children feel accepted and part of the family. I would want my kids no where else!!!

The corporation has many locations parents wanting to comment shoulds be more specific on which location. The one my son goes to is on Nelson Ave (new location)The staff is wonderful with my son they treat him like if he was one of their children. Most are very educated and concerned for their health and safety. Very accomodating. The assistant director has been there for over 15 years. They are very motivated to grow and improve themselves.

they r very unprofesstional, they barely have snacks for the kids. the east orange location have roaches, mice, and ants. the bloomfeild location never have snacks for the kids for about a month str8 the kids was eatting crackers and water. the mangers r snakes n they careless for the kids or staff only care for money. you will b better off putting ur child n an inhouse day care.
