They have great field trips and excellent teachers. I also enjoyed their summer program. It is also a pleasant place to work. I have worked here for 5 plus years and never had a problem just like several other faculty members. Directors always see to it that the teachers have the training needed as well as the supplies needed in their classrooms. Teachers come and go because they want to "hang out" and not work for the benefit of the children. The directors are very clear in orientation and in staff meetings their mission and expectations of all staff. The previous negative reviews sound like ex employees. If it was not good, why take the paycheck? If you were really about children, why did you wait to be fired? Be honest and tell the truth about what you brought to the school. Nothing!!! I am sure I speak for all staff members who come and do their job for the children....It Takes A Village is about children!!!! I pledge for the parents of old and new students to speak for the school. You know the truth!! As a concerned parent having my child switch schools and teachers would be traumatizing for my child. Apparently the director does not see it that way. My child went through five different teachers in one school year!! I was so distraught, however, because of convenience I could not take my child out. When I use the word 'convenience' it is because I cannot say the actual reason because of my status in that center. The director walks around like he owns the building when in fact he only married into the business.
